
With ALITEO, we have gained a comprehensive tool for managing teams, projects, and helpdesks. We are developing and constantly optimizing it based on our extensive experience with more than 850 companies so that it meets the most demanding needs of our clients.
Using the ALITEO tool brings our company significant advantages in managing teams and related agendas. It allows us to systematically divide employees into groups and teams, plan meetings for each team, assign tasks, share attachments, and much more.

Effective management of meetings and their agenda, including thorough preparation, is absolutely crucial for the running of a company. It is precisely in this area that ALITEO provides us with invaluable support. Before each meeting, we set the agenda so that participants can think about it in advance. This reduces the length of meetings to the necessary minimum and ensures that all important points are discussed. Minutes are taken directly from the meetings on individual points, from which we can easily assign tasks to the relevant people, set deadlines, etc.
This ensures that no important points are lost and that everyone involved has access to the complete history of the entire task. We have an overview of who was present at the meeting, who added which agenda item, and how the individual participants responded to it.
ALITEO also allows for easy synchronization of meetings and tasks with your calendar. This allows you to move tasks directly to your calendar and plan your workday.

One specific example of using the ALITEO tool is a situation where we are currently dealing with a strategy related to recruiting new colleagues, where we need approval of selected points from the company's senior management. We have therefore put these points on the agenda for a management meeting, where they will be discussed and participants will comment on them, with everything being recorded in the ALITEO tool. This way, we have the entire process under control and receive timely feedback.
We also actively use mentoring. From a management perspective, we can see who has how many tasks and how many are overdue, which allows us to plan better. Pre-prepared dashboards with task visualizations and timelines give us a perfect overview. We also use them to monitor the satisfaction of our colleagues.


We use ALITEO in combination with our internal project management module in the KARAT Information System to manage projects. The project itself is created in our KARAT system, where we define all key aspects. With the help of a synchronization module and API interface, project management transitions smoothly to the ALITEO tool. There, we then work with requirements and responses throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Within IS KARAT, we also handle operational planning, which includes defining the start and end of a project and reserving staff capacity so that it is clear who is responsible for what and when. Project managers can visualize this information directly in ALITEO.
The project is structured using individual subsections (stages), where we define the start and end dates and specific tasks that must be completed within each stage. In our case, this includes, for example, setup, training, customization, testing, and other project steps.
An important part is also the management of documents and related meetings, which are available directly in the project. From the very beginning, we manage implementation through internal tasks, which allows us to keep track of the project's progress and respond to any issues in a timely manner.

Our customers also play an active role during both the testing phase and live operation. They can enter requests directly into the KARAT Information System, and these are automatically synchronized with the ALITEO tool. The customer acts as an external ALITEO user, where all subsequent communication regarding the request takes place. By closing the request, the customer confirms that it has been successfully resolved and approves the result.
Within IS KARAT, we record the time needed to resolve a specific request directly in the ALITEO tool. We use timesheets as a basis for invoicing customers and calculating salaries for employees, from developers to administrative staff.
ALITEO thus contributes to transparent and efficient management of the entire project cycle.
ALITEO also plays a key role in our helpdesk management and customer care process, as it allows us to manage customer requests quickly and efficiently. Customers can easily submit their requests via IS KARAT, from where they are immediately synchronized to the ALITEO tool.
Thanks to the qualification system, we can quickly determine the nature of the request, i.e., whether it is an error, a query, or a technical consultation. In the case of error requests, we automatically initiate the process of assigning a competent person to resolve them immediately. Monitoring customer satisfaction is essential for us, and thanks to the automatic synchronization between IS KARAT and ALITEO, our customers can easily track the status of their requests and current information regarding their resolution.

ALITEO also offers the option of automating some processes. For example, when a corrective patch is issued based on a customer request, the customer automatically receives information about its deployment.
Overall, ALITEO enables us to provide excellent customer service and respond quickly and effectively to our customers' requests, which contributes to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
