AI tokens represent an internal unit of consumption for the AI assistant in ALITEO. Usage depends on the scope and complexity of the request. Each license includes a monthly token package that renews at the beginning of the billing period and does not roll over to the next month. AI tokens are deducted only after a request has been successfully processed. Once the tokens are used up, the AI assistant is temporarily deactivated until the tokens are renewed or an additional token package is purchased.
